MYRTHIA THERMAL SPA ETIQUETTE

Myrthia Thermal Spa is a state-of-the-art wellness and relaxation center offering premium facilities in a serene environment. Admission is permitted for guests aged 16 and over. Children aged 12–16 may enter from 10:00 to 14:00 with a completed consent form and under the supervision of an adult family member; access is limited to the spa pools and does not include the Thermal Well-Life Suite.

Myrthia Thermal Spa also welcomes external guests for all spa services by appointment.

Myrthia Thermal Spa is open daily, Monday to Sunday:

• Spa: 10:00 – 20:00 (last appointment at 19:00)
• Spa Facilities: 10:00 – 19:00
• Entrance for children 12–16 years old: 10:00 – 14:00
• Fitness Center: 08:00 – 20:00

For spa inquiries or reservations, please call 333 or +30 23744 40333. We recommend booking treatments in advance to secure your preferred time and service.

We understand that plans may change, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. As all spa time is reserved, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid charges.

• Cancellations made 12–4 hours before the treatment will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% charge.

Myrthia Thermal Spa kindly informs guests that:

• Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the spa
• Smoking is prohibited throughout all indoor and outdoor spa areas
• Inflatable toys are not allowed in the spa facilities
• Swimsuits must be worn in the Thermal Well-Life Suite, and a towel should always be placed on the seat

To maintain an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, we ask guests to respect the spa environment. Please keep mobile phones in flight mode throughout your visit. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and eating are strictly prohibited within the spa.

Our menu includes treatments specially designed for expectant mothers and guests who are breastfeeding. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting the most suitable and safe treatment for your needs.

When making your reservation, inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities so we can recommend appropriate treatments and ensure a safe experience. Before beginning your session, you will be asked to complete a brief medical history form. We fully comply with all EU GDPR regulations regarding the protection of personal information.
