Using the innovative Kinesis Personal machine, you can work out in the most effective, and intuitive way, combining 3D movements with functional training versatility.

A wide range of weight lifting machines for every muscle group, free weights and multi-purpose benches offer a secure, efficient way to carry out strength training routines.

A space for stretching and cool down is also provided including the proper equipment.

For security reasons, children under the age of 16 are not allowed.
