A first-class private marina

Surrounded by the clear waters of the Aegean and the key sites of the resort, Marina Miraggio is a year-round recreational yachting facility. It holds the Golden Greek Hospitality Award 2021 and has been awarded the European Union “Blue Flag” for nine consecutive years.

The marina accommodates 81 yachts up to 40m and provides a wide range of services, including 24/7 security and full manning across its 50,000 sqm area. It offers an exceptional environment for sea enthusiasts, supporting the super-yacht experience with innovative construction, environmentally responsible operation, and high-level service.

A new era in recreational yachting

Marina Miraggio is one of Greece’s most technologically advanced marine projects, developed in cooperation with Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The design focused on minimizing impact on sea flora, fauna, and the surrounding environment, while maximizing natural water circulation to maintain clean marina waters and prevent bacterial growth affecting yacht hulls.

This approach produced the first “open-grown type” port facility, combined with construction innovations such as one of the longest quays of its type in Greece (110 meters).
