"Take a step back to move forward!" – it’s famous chef Ahlem Nguili's motto. Born in Paris, originally from beautiful Tunisia, she began her career as a lawyer, but kept her love for cooking throughout the years!
For almost 12 years, cooking has been everything for her, "it's a sweet obsession", as she says.
This next Miraggio Chef's Table promises a magical gastronomic journey where, in a clever way, the Tunisian products and the delicacy of French cuisine are united. The guest of Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort's Brand Chef, Dina Nikolaou, will prepare a five-course menu including the promising dessert "Thousand and One Nights"!
Oriental notes, aromatic spices and french refinement – you will have the chance to taste them all and to be amazed... both you and your palate!
As an active member of the Toques Françaises with studies in the traditional "Sœurs brettonnes de St Merri" and with a passionate grandmother who introduced her to the most authentic tunisian cuisine from an early age, the Guest Chef has always wanted to combine these two gastronomic influences.
On Sunday, September 8th, Dina Nikolaou and Ahlem Nguili will present to you the newest, most authentic and traditional tasting experiences!
