Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort preserves Greek Gastronomy!
On February 19, 2020, the Greek Embassy in Skopje in cooperation with Parkland Hospitality Group, are organizing a “Gala Dinner” dedicated to the “Greek gastronomy and culture” at Restaurant Four inside the complex of Parkland Hospitality Group . The main goal is to promote Greece through the triptych: gastronomy, premium Greek food products and culture.
The renowned Greek Executive Chef of Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort, Giorgos Papadopoulos, will be joining forces with the executive Chef of Park Hotel & Spa, Mr. Eleftherios Dalagiorgos, and, teaming up with the Chefs Mr. Stelios Karavas and Mr. Giorgos Dospras from Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort-Halkidiki, will present unique Greek dishes by combining traditional flavors and modern Greek cuisine.
The guests will have the chance to experience premium quality of Greek food products, thanks to a specially designed menu created by Mr. Papadopoulos, in cooperation with the Office for Economic & Commercial Affairs of the Greek Embassy in Skopje, with emphasis on the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) products, such as olive oil, olives, masticha, krokos Kozanis (saffron), honey, bottargo, zea flour, and other exceptional ingredients used in the Greek diet.
Furthermore, the well-known artist Ms. Kleoniki Demiris, accompanied by the pianist Mr. George Tsokanis, will perform Greek composers under the theme "Greek composers travel around the world".
The event is addressed to all those interested in getting to know the Greek cuisine and enjoying unique Greek products, through a musical journey with timeless Greek songs, which are well-liked all over the world.
