At the heart of Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort lies an ancient source of rejuvenation. This natural spring, known as Nero Kanistrou, feeds the Myrthia Thermal Spa and is officially recognized by the National Commission for the Protection of Water Resources as a certified natural hot spring. Located 240 meters from the sea and of meteoric origin, its waters travel underground from distant regions reaching as far as Olympus. Emerging at 30–32°C after passing through primordial rocks at a depth of 270 meters, the water acquires its mineral-rich character along its ascent, with temperature moderating as it blends with cooler surface waters. The spring flows at 50 cubic meters per hour and is classified as thermal, thermo-metallic, highly carbonated, and hypertonic. Its location, origin, and natural composition define its significant therapeutic value.

The Thalasso Pool is maintained at a warm 30–32°C. Seawater, known for its composition like blood serum, has long been valued for its rejuvenating, beautifying, and healing properties. Its trace elements provide natural anti-inflammatory and soothing effects, support circulation, and help reduce swelling in the legs. Seawater also enhances skin radiance and hydration, making it a natural ally in anti-aging and overall skin health.

The Thalassotherapy Pool features 17 hydro jets, including two waterfalls, four head jets, jets targeting the lower and upper back, and reflexology jets. The walking water path activates leg muscles and improves circulation through continuous water pressure directed against the body's movement.

The Thalasso Infinity Pool is maintained at a warm 30–32°C and extends from the indoor spa area to the outdoor balcony, offering magnificent views of the Toroneos Gulf and Mount Athos. Heated seawater helps strengthen the body’s natural resistance to viruses and bacteria while supporting mental balance, positive energy, and a calmer response to stress. Within the pool, 10 hydro-jet sunbeds provide targeted relief from stiffness, muscle tightness, and general fatigue.
