• a steam room on 50°C with 100% humidity, heated benches and individual throne chairs.
• dry Finnish sauna on 90-100°C 
• two experience showers with lighting and sound effects in combination with cold and hot water jets to invigorate your senses
• a walking cold plunge (treadmill) on 15°C to improve blood circulation, increase energy levels and tighten the pores
• a herbal sauna with natural herbal essences, heated benches and walls;
• and a Tepidarium bathroom with 20% humidity, heated anatomic benches and foot rests.
